本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、gomez788（以下「当方」）が提供する 「Ninja Vendetta: Blood Oath」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方とユーザーとの間の権利義務関係を定めることを目的とし、 本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条（利用条件）

• 本アプリは個人的かつ非商業的な利用を目的としています
• 本アプリの利用にはiOS 17.0以上を搭載したAppleデバイスが必要です
• アカウント登録は不要です

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの改変、二次的著作物の作成
• 不正な手段によるゲームデータの改ざん
• 本アプリを利用した違法行為
• 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

第4条（知的財産権）

本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権（著作権、商標権を含む）は当方に帰属します。 本規約により、ユーザーにこれらの権利が譲渡されることはありません。

第5条（ゲームデータ）

• ゲームの進行データはお使いのデバイスにローカル保存されます
• アプリの削除やデバイスの変更によりデータが失われる場合があります
• 当方はデータの消失について責任を負いません

第6条（免責事項）

• 当方は、本アプリの動作を完全に保証するものではありません
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません
• 当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を中止することがあります

第7条（アプリの変更・終了）

当方は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更し、 または本アプリの提供を中止もしくは終了することができるものとします。

第8条（規約の変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

第9条（準拠法）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Ninja Vendetta: Blood Oath" ("the App") provided by gomez788 ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the App, and apply to all matters related to its use.

Article 2 – Usage Conditions

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use
• The App requires an Apple device running iOS 17.0 or later
• No account registration is required

Article 3 – Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in the following:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Modifying the App or creating derivative works
• Tampering with game data through unauthorized means
• Using the App for illegal activities
• Infringing on our rights or the rights of third parties

Article 4 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including copyrights and trademarks) related to the App belong to us. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to users.

Article 5 – Game Data

• Game progress is stored locally on your device
• Data may be lost if you delete the App or change devices
• We are not responsible for any data loss

Article 6 – Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the App will function without errors
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App
• We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice

Article 7 – Modifications & Termination

We may modify the content of the App, or suspend or terminate its availability, without prior notice to users.

Article 8 – Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
